ZHSFL (the “App”) is built around a editorial desk ledger. ZHSFL is a personal finance notebook for logging income and expense entries around print runs, paper stock, and desk projects. Review pulse summaries, manage budgets and savings goals, and organize categories. Core money data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. We respect your privacy. Apart from on-device features you choose to use, the App does not collect information that identifies you personally, and we do not operate our own cloud backend for your financial records.
To support record keeping and chart views, the App processes data that you enter or create through your actions on your device, for example:
Camera and Photos access are used only when you capture a receipt, attach an invoice photo, or save a pulse chart export.
When you use Cargo backup, CSV export, Pulse share, or another share action, ZHSFL creates files or images at your request and hands them to the system share sheet or clipboard. Whether that content is then sent to a third-party app is your choice and is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
Your records, budgets, savings goals, categories, and settings are stored primarily on your device. We do not sell your personal information.
You may edit or delete records, budgets, and goals in the App, clear feedback notes, or uninstall the App.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
