Privacy Policy (KreKatm GE)

KreKatm GE (the “App”) is a personal finance utility that helps you track ledger entries, budget caps, and savings goals on your device, attach receipt images when you choose, and export or share summaries. We respect your privacy. Apart from on-device features you choose to use, the App does not collect information that identifies you personally, and we do not operate our own cloud backend for your financial records.

1. Information Processed by the App

To support budgeting and record keeping, the App processes data that you enter or create through your actions on your device, for example:

• Ledger entries, amounts, memos, categories, and income or expense tags you record
• Monthly budget caps, savings vault targets, and category settings you configure
• Receipt or invoice photos you attach to entries (optional)
• In-app preferences (such as currency, language, and local settings)
• Feedback notes you submit through the in-app feedback screen

The App does not require an account. Camera and photo library access are used only if you photograph a receipt, attach an image, or save an export to Photos. The App does not access your contacts, precise location, or microphone for the purposes described above.

2. Exports, Sharing, and Clipboard

When you choose backup, CSV export, gauge share, or another share action, the App creates files or images on your request and passes them to the system share sheet or clipboard. Whether that content is then sent to a third-party app (such as Mail, Files, or a messaging app) is your choice and is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy. We do not upload your financial records to our servers during this process.

3. Storage and Disclosure

Your ledger entries, budgets, savings goals, categories, and settings are stored primarily on your device (for example, persisted with iOS UserDefaults and local app storage). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Choices

You may edit or delete entries, budgets, and goals in the App, clear feedback notes, or uninstall the App. After uninstalling, data stored in the App sandbox is typically removed with the App (device backup behavior is subject to Apple’s documentation).

5. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also note changes on the App Store product page or in the App.
